The Use and Advantages of Organic Inulin

Ⅰ. How to take organic inulin?

The effective daily intake for healthy adults is 5 grams, and the recommended maximum daily intake is 15-20 grams. People with health problems, pregnant women, children, please consult a doctor. You can take organic inulin directly, or add appropriate amount of organic inulin to drinks, coffee or food.

Ⅱ. The benefits of organic inulin

1. Dietary fiber can lower blood lipid levels

Dietary fiber lowers blood lipid levels by absorbing intestinal fat and forming fat-fiber complexes that are excreted in feces. Before ending up in the gut, organic inulin ferments itself into short-chain fatty acids and lactic acid, a regulator of liver metabolism. Short-chain fatty acids (acetate and propionate) act as fuel in the blood, and propionate inhibits cholesterol synthesis.

2. Produced short-chain fats

The short-chain fat produced by the fermentation of organic inulin in the colon makes the crypts on the mucosa shallower, the crypt cells increase, the absorption area increases, and the cecal veins are more developed. The acids produced by fermentation lower the pH of the colon, which increases the solubility and bioavailability of many minerals.

In particular, short-chain fatty acids can stimulate the growth of colonic mucosal cells and improve the absorption capacity of intestinal mucosal. Organic inulin can promote the secretion of some microorganisms. Acidifying enzymes and phytases can release metal ions chelated with phytic acid and promote their absorption.

After taking organic inulin, it can enhance gastrointestinal motility, improve gastrointestinal function, increase digestion and appetite, and improve immunity.

3. A series of metabolic activities

A series of metabolic activities of organic inulin can inhibit the production of toxic substances, increase the frequency and weight of defecation, increase the acidity of feces, accelerate the excretion of carcinogens, and produce short-chain fatty acids with anti-cancer effects, which is beneficial to the prevention of colon cancer.

Pekhill's Organic Inulin Syrup is a short-chain inulin with a degree of polymerization of less than 10. It is obtained from organic Jerusalem artichoke tubers by hot water extraction and membrane filtration. It is a dietary fiber with the function of replacing sugar, which belongs to natural prebiotic products.

Pekhill has been committed to the development, cultivation and commercialization of organic products. In managing organic farming, our principle is sustainability.
