What is Organic Erythritol?

Organic erythritol, a blood sugar-friendly sweetener, is a four-carbon sugar alcohol produced by fermentation of organic glucose. It is a transparent crystal/white powder with a refreshing sweet taste, not easy to absorb moisture, thermo-stability, wide pH range stability, and has a mild cool feeling when dissolved in the mouth, suitable for a variety of foods.
