APPLICATIONS
Sweeteners are used in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, health and personal care products, agriculture/animal feed/poultry. As natural sweeteners, their sweeteness is similar to sucrose (sugar) and with mush less even zero calories. Our sweeteners can also be used in candy, chewing gum, chocolate, yogurt, fillings, jellies, jams, beverages and sugar substitutes.
As a sugar alcohol, erythritol has been approved for use as a food additive in the United States and many other countries. Other sugar alcohols you may have heard of include xylitol, maltitol, sorbitol, and lactitol.
